What is your return policy?
  • You may request a return up to 30 days from when your receive your order. We must receive your return within 10 days and you must ship the return back with insurance. We are not responsible for lost returns. Any return shipped more than 10 days from the return request date will be eligible for store credit only.
  • Returns will not be accepted without an RMA authorization. A return authorization is created when your return request is approved.
  • All items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • All items are returnable, with the exception of the following:
    • Items customized with your name or social media handle or any other personalized items.
    • Socks
  • We reserve the right to return to you any item that does not comply with our return policy.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do offer exchanges for size related issues. Exchanges can be made on unworn and unwashed items only. Please request a return and state in the comments that you would like to exchange your item. Please include in the comments what you would like to exchange your item for.

What happens if I use a B Bucks or a gift card and credit card? How do I get a refund?

If you are making a return for item(s) that were paid for using a combination of B Bucks or a gift certificate with the balance paid by credit card, your B Bucks or gift card will be refunded first and the balance will be refunded to your credit card.

How long does it take to process a return?

Please allow 7-10 days for either an exchange or a refund. Please not that credit card refunds may take an additional 2-3 days to process through your bank.

Can I return an item in person?

You may elect to make a return in person at our Los Angeles design studio. Please contact us to make an appointment for your return as we are frequently in an out of the studio and we don’t want to miss you!

    • Economy 1st Class Shipping (3—6 business days) is FREE!
    • Priority Shipping (2—3 business days) is available as an option in our shipping cart and is based on weight and distance.
    • Express Shipping (1—2 business days) is available as an option in our shipping cart and is based on weight and distance.
  • CANADA
    • Economy 1st Class Shipping (7—10 business days) is available as an option in our shipping cart and is based on weight and distance.
    • International Priority Shipping (3—6 business days) is available as an option in our shipping cart and is based on weight and distance.
  • INTERNATIONAL
    • Economy 1st Class Shipping (10-14 business days) is available as an option in our shipping cart and is based on weight and distance.
    • International Priority Shipping (3-7 business days) is available as an option in our shipping cart and is based on weight and distance.
Do you ship to military addresses (APO/FPO)?

Absolutely! There are no special charges and there are no extra steps for you to take.

Do I have to pay duties or import charges for International orders?

We do not prepay any duties and taxes for International orders. Payment of the taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer and payment is required to release the order from customs.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to the US, Canada and most other countries. Check our checkout cart for your country.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
  • Please send us an email and describe your issue. In the body of the email please include your order number, a picture of the damage and a short description of the issue. We will do everything in our power to resolve the situation!
How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All orders are made in our design studio as they are ordered. We do not carry stock on 90% of the items we sell so each item is hand crafted. Normal production times are 3-5 days but during busy times, our production times can get to 7-10 days. This is when your item will be ready to ship. From there, please add on your chosen shipping times to determine when your item(s) will arrive.

If you need your items before the stated wait times, please contact us after placing your order and we will do our absolute best to get your item to you in time. Expedited shipping charges may apply to get you your items in time.

When will my order be shipped?

How can I track my order?

At this time we do not offer gift wrapping.

Can I cancel my order?

As long as your order has not entered the production phase, you can cancel your order. Please contact us if you would like to cancel your order.

I just placed my order. Can I still make changes to my cart?

As long as your order has not entered the production phase, you can make changes to your order. Please contact us if you would like to make changes to your order.

Can I purchase a physical gift card?

You can purchase an electronic gift card here.

We do not currently offer physical gift cards.

Do you offer any first-time customer discounts?

We do offer discounts for new users. Sign up for our email list for exclusive access to discounts and offers.

Why doesn’t my coupon or promo code work?

If your coupons, promo codes, gift cards or B Bucks do not work, please contact us to resolve your issue.

We cannot accept expired coupon or promo codes.

My item went on sale right after I ordered it. Will you honor the sale prices?

Sales prices will be honored if you purchased your item within 24 hours of the start of the sale. Please contact us in the even that we have a sale on an item you purchased within 24 hours and we will adjust your pricing and refund you the difference.

I forgot to use my coupon code, promo code or B Bucks—what do I do?

Forgotten coupon or promo codes will be honored within 24 hours of the placement of your order. Please contact us in the even that you forgot to use your promo or discount code and we will adjust your pricing and refund you the difference.

We cannot apply B Bucks to your order if you forgot to apply them. The B Bucks will be available for a future order.

Do you charge sales tax?

We do charge sales tax for orders shipped within the state of California.
